Four decades of engineering.
A company built on track record.
Advisory work and embedded delivery (PMO/EPCM) focused on complexity and high CAPEX — backed by a career built on major capital projects.
NAUE Planejamento
NAUE Planejamento works both on the technical and managerial diagnosis (advisory analysis) and on the implementation and running of the project routines (embedded delivery), structuring governance, integrated planning, physical and document control, procurement services driven by schedule and cost, and risk and change management.
The outcome: fewer deviations, higher productivity, traceable decisions and predictable schedule and cost, backed by formal evidence — baselines, dashboards, minutes, reports and final dossiers.
Behind the company lies a 40-year history in industrial projects: petrochemicals, refining, steel, fertilizers, power and large structures.

Who answers for the result
Cleber Naue
Founding partner · Mechanical Engineer (PUC-RS, 1987) · CREA-RS 73.443-D
40 years of experience in industrial projects: 18 years of basic and detailed engineering in the Jaakko Pöyry school, and more than 20 years leading NAUE, directing management, planning and construction supervision contracts for clients such as EuroChem, Yara, Eletrobras/CGTEE, Solazyme-Bunge and Grêmio FBPA.
Specialist in contract management, the architecture of planning and document management systems, multidisciplinary technical coordination, and the adaptation of international designs to Brazilian practice ("tropicalisation").
From the drawing board to billion-dollar contracts
NAUE was founded in 2002, but the experience behind it started almost twenty years earlier.
First years in industrial projects
Cleber Naue began his career at Cetenge Engenharia de Projetos, working in procurement and technical support. In 1987 he graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the Polytechnic School of PUC-RS (CREA-RS 73.443-D).
18 years of basic and detailed engineering
At JP Engenharia (Jaakko Pöyry group) he rose from engineer to partner of the Porto Alegre office. He led the piping and mechanical department and coordinated multidisciplinary projects for the major industrial names of southern Brazil: COPESUL, OPP, Petroquímica Triunfo, Polisul, REFAP/Petrobras, Gerdau, Aços Finos Piratini and Santista Alimentos.
Naue & Wartchow Planejamento e Engenharia
NAUE's predecessor is founded. In its first years it delivers planning and technical coordination for Bunge Alimentos' Sigma Project, the REFAP off-sites expansion, the Solae plant and the DMAE social and environmental programme in Porto Alegre.
Entering the power sector
Work begins on the Presidente Médici Power Plant, Phase C (Candiota), structuring the time and communication management plans in line with PMI practice — later extended to MPX's Itaqui (MA) and Pecém (CE) plants. EPC supervision at Candiota would run until 2011.
Naue Planejamento e Engenharia
The company consolidates under the ownership structure and the name it carries today, specialised in governance, planning and contract management for complex capital projects.
From the arena to the industrial greenfield
EPC supervision of Arena do Grêmio (60,000 seats, BRL 1.5 billion) and management of the EPCM contract for SB Oils (the Solazyme-Bunge joint venture), a greenfield renewable-oils plant in Orindiúva, São Paulo.
World-class industrial complexes
Management of engineering, procurement and construction teams:
- CMISS — Serra do Salitre Mining and Industrial Complex (USD 900 million)
- Strategic analysis of the Tico-Tico Project (6 Mt/yr) for Mineração Morro do Ipê
- Development of the G-Ipê biomethane project
What every delivery rests on
Traceability
Every relevant decision on record: minutes, open items, owners and due dates. Nothing depends on memory.
Predictability
Controlled baselines, S-curve, trend analysis and formal change management (MoC).
Formal evidence
A focus on document management (EDMS): dashboards, management reports and final dossiers that stand up to audits, claims and executive decisions.
